What is the delivery time of my order?
When you order from COSMETIGO, the delivery time may be slightly different from what you are used to. Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we save significantly on storage and transport costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 1 to 3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to high demand, your order may arrive slightly later than expected. We appreciate your understanding. If this period has passed and you still haven’t received anything, please email info@cosmetigo.be and we will investigate your shipment.
I want to exchange/return my order. How do I do this?
To return an item, contact our customer service at info@cosmetigo.be. Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) from your confirmation email, and the reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and confirm the return. After that, you can send the product back using a courier of your choice.
What are the return costs?
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. The costs depend on the courier you choose. Please check the courier’s website for pricing details.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
There is always a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive the item.
You can only return the item if:
● The return period has not expired;
● The product is in its original packaging with all labels attached;
● The product has not been used.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via Bancontact, Mastercard, and Visa. If you are unsure whether your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to view all available options.

What if I did not receive a confirmation email?
That should not happen. Please send your full name and email address to info@cosmetigo.be and we will assist you promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email info@cosmetigo.be as soon as possible. Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000), and the reason for cancellation.
